Recently, Ms. Candy Fong, the Operations Director of eRS, was invited by the Association of Returned Overseas Chinese Macau to host a sharing session on the "One-Stop Intelligent Survey and Event Management Platform" for 15 group members and representatives of the association. The Association of Returned Overseas Chinese Macau held a sharing session on the "One-Stop Intelligent Research and Activity Management Platform" at 3:00 PM on March 13 at its headquarters. Fifteen group members and representatives of the association attended to learn about modern big data, AI tools, and innovative solutions to optimize daily management tasks. Key leaders present included the association's chairman Bi Zhijian, vice presidents Hong Hua, Liao Liqun, Zhao Wenyan, and Cai Zhilong, among others.

Bi Zhijian stated in his speech that with the rapid development of technology, artificial intelligence is gradually permeating all aspects of life. This sharing session combines advanced technology with traditional event management, aiming to provide more efficient and convenient services for the Overseas Chinese Federation and the vast number of returned overseas Chinese and their families. This platform integrates large models such as DeepSeek, Qwen, and ChatGPT, and can be applied in various scenarios including event registration, surveys, appointments, customer feedback collection, evaluations and examinations, event inspections, AI assistants, and statistical analysis, helping users effortlessly manage daily tasks.
