eRS Operations Director Candy Fong appointed Chairman of the E-Commerce Association of Macau

At the E-Commerce Association of Macau's 25th Anniversary Gala and the Inauguration Ceremony of the 10th Executive Committee held on December 5, Ms. Candy Fong, Operations Director of eRS, was officially sworn in as the new Chairman. The grand event took place at the Macao Innovation & Technology Pavilion, coinciding with the inaugural "Global Smart Machinery and Electronic Products Expo," highlighting the prevailing trend of integrating technology and business.

In her speech, Candy Fong expressed her deep sense of responsibility in assuming the role of Chairman and extended heartfelt gratitude to previous executive committees for their dedication, which has laid a solid foundation for the association.In the future, she will work closely with the new term of board members, focusing on three key directions: deepening collaboration within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, empowering technological innovation, and nurturing the local ecosystem. She stated that the association will fully support the Special Administrative Region government's "1+4" economic diversification strategy, aiming to leverage the association's platform to not only assist local enterprises in utilizing e-commerce to expand their markets, but also strengthen technological and business opportunities integration with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development, thereby promoting Macao's genuine integration into the global technological innovation network.

The E-Commerce Association of Macau was established in 2000, with the mission to: promote Macao's economic development through information technology; foster the long-term development of e-commerce in Macao; assist Macao enterprises in participating in e-commerce and expanding markets; and accelerate the application of e-commerce to further advance Macao's economic development.
